With each purchase you'll receive:

- a branded polishing cloth

Need engraving? If you'd like to engrave a meaningful name or date on the cylinder, please enter your custom engraving in the "Custom Text" field above. If the field is left blank, we'll assume that engraving is not necessary. Please note that engraving cannot exceed eleven (11) characters, including spaces, and will appear precisely as entered in the custom field.

Nara sentiment bracelets are made with natural stones as described in the product description.
Message cylinders are made from stainless steel and coated in a matte gold or matte silver finish.
Nara sentiment bracelets are also made with premium grade elastic to increase durability.
Care Guide
1. Keep your Nara sentiment bracelet clean and dry. Avoid exposing your bracelet to water or harsh chemicals. Allowing liquids near your bracelet may cause the liquid to seep into the message cylinder and dampen the scroll inside.
2. Store your bracelet in a dry and safe place. Use your Nara box or a soft pouch for optimal storage.
3. Remove your Nara sentiment bracelet before engaging in physical activities such as exercise.
4. Use a soft cloth to gently clean your bracelet. This will help to remove dirt, oils, and sweat that may have accumulated. A soft polishing cloth is provided with every sentiment bracelet.
5. Be mindful about wearing your sentiment bracelet with abrasive accessories such as metal mesh watch bands to reduce the likelihood of scratching.

Length of stones used on adult bracelets will vary between 16 cm's - 17 cm's.
Length of stones used on children's bracelets is approximately 13.2 cm's.
Length of stainless steel message cylinder used on all bracelets is 3 cm's.
Total bracelet length for an adult is approximately 19 cm's - 20 cm's.
Total bracelet length for a child is approximately 16.2 cm's.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
- Sentiment bracelets that have a customized message cylinder are not eligible for returns as they have been made to your specifications and cannot be resold.
- If there is a quality issue with your Nara sentiment bracelet, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss a possible return. Please email support@sayitwithnara.com for assistance. We're happy to help!
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange the sentiment bracelet for a different design, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on whether the piece has been customized.
- Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order. Refunds:
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
