We recommend measuring your wrist to verify sizing. Please see our measuring tips below:

1. Use a flexible tape measure or piece of string to measure around your wrist. If you're using string, ensure it's not too stretchy or it may give you an inaccurate measurement.

2. Wrap the tape measure or string around your wrist just below the wrist bone (where you would normally wear a watch).

3. Make sure the tape measure or string is snug but not too tight. You want your Nara sentiment bracelet to fit comfortably.

4. If you're using a string, mark where the end of the string meets the beginning of the string with a pen or marker.

5. Lay the string flat next to a ruler to measure the length of the string from the end to the marked point. Make sure to add approximately half an inch or 1.27 cm's to accommodate the stones and message cylinder.

Nara sentiment bracelets are made with natural stones as described in the product description.

Message cylinders are made from stainless steel and coated in a matte gold or matte silver finish.

Nara sentiment bracelets are also made with premium grade elastic to increase durability.

1. Keep your Nara sentiment bracelet clean and dry. Avoid exposing your bracelet to water or harsh chemicals. Allowing liquids near your bracelet may cause the liquid to seep into the message cylinder and dampen the scroll inside.

2. Store your bracelet in a dry and safe place. Use your Nara box or a soft pouch for optimal storage.

3. Remove your Nara sentiment bracelet before engaging in physical activities such as exercise.

4. Use a soft cloth to gently clean your sentiment bracelet. This will help to remove dirt, oils, and sweat that may have accumulated. A soft polishing cloth is provided with every sentiment bracelet.

5. Be mindful about wearing your bracelet with abrasive accessories such as metal mesh watch bands to reduce the likelihood of scratching.
